EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
So many of our precious women have fallen under attack. Sometimes it’s difficult to try to keep up with the prayer requests. I received so many calls from friends and family needing prayer this week, my heart hurts for them and you.
To comfort others, we can offer our help and prayer whenever and wherever we can, but overall there is hope for them and for some of you in the midst of your pain sweet woman of God!
God invites you to hold nothing back, not even your raw emotions when you’re hurting. It’s ok to scream out. Sometimes it helps!
This morning, I came across this verse as I wrote for our WWL’s VOT publication to be released in Spring.
“Arise, cry out in the night, as the watches of the night begin; pour out your heart like water in the presence of the Lord. Lift up your hands to Him.” (Lamentations 2:19)
The promises God made to Jeremiah, He makes to you as well. As you pour out your pain to God, as you’re surrounded with hardship, as your heart is pierced, as you face news you may not be wanting to hear, as you’re surrounded by bitterness or you feel your prayers are unheard…- in your toughest hour, cry out to God.
God’s compassion and His love for us never fails. NEVER FAILS!!!
There is hope to be found in the midst of your pain. He holds the answers in His word. The darkness, the heartbreak, the uncertainty, the grief, are not permanent.
It’s not easy when we are enduring the unpleasant moments in life. I feel the raw pain along with some of you, I get hit with it in multiple ways that I never see coming, and definitely at moments I least expect! I carry a heavy load with some of my hurts but God lightens it each day as my eyes look toward the heavens… I can’t carry the burden alone.
God has laid this sense of heaviness on my heart to acknowledge what many of you are experiencing at this time.
With so many of our sisters under attack, can we please be mindful to pray for one another and push each other closer to our Savior?
I pray for YOU! Only He has your answers.
Remember, the Lord is good to you, He’s good to us and He’s good to all who seek Him, hope in Him, and quietly wait for Him.
