EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
If we live long enough, we will all know someone who is sick and in need of “divine healing”. It may even be us.
It’s difficult to understand why Jesus heals and sometimes he doesn’t. When it feels as though He is turning his back and looking the other way when we don’t get immediate answers to our prayers, don’t be discouraged. It’s hard not to be disappointed and sometimes we can even feel angry.
Please understand; that while we are focusing on the unhealed sickness, hurt and pain going on in us and around us, God is focused on a bigger picture. He wants our relationship with Him to be healthy.
God directs us to know in which ways we can offer help to ourselves and also to others by understanding His Word. His Word has answers. We can help others when we know His Word with…
…the presence of heaven
…the hope of heaven…
…the God-given strength we have experienced…
…the comfort we receive from Him when the tears flow and the heartaches…
….the ability to cope with loss…
It’s not up to us to say whether a person lives or dies, but it IS up to us to have a relationship with our Lord. That relationship is of utmost importance.
Having a relationship with God that is so close and has a purpose, can offer assistance to another and that is divine.
We can help others cope in the now including ourselves. We can be the hands and feet of Jesus. It’s a God-given opportunity, available through a relationship with Him and God desires ALL of us as His daughters to have one with Him. This relationship prepares us to assist with sharing the “divine hope” which we can offer to someone who is in need of “divine healing”.
