EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Each day we wake up, we have a choice to make. Do we open our eyes with a thankful heart, or do we open our eyes only to see darkness surrounding us?
There are many situations that face us on a day-to-day basis, and it’s understandable that we can get into ruts, but it’s not an excuse to buy into the bad. Waking up with joy and thanksgiving in our hearts helps us to face our daily battles with the right mindset.
Sin can creep in our hearts, just by how we handle our attitudes, or not. In a waking moment, we must offer our praise and gratitude to our Savior for seeing the light of day, wake with a joyful heart. Push yourself. Sin is a demon beast crouching at your door of awakening each morning, don’t allow him entrance, sister!
…Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve…

Which way will you open your eyes to face this day? Choose this day, the Bible tells us.
Will you open your eyes to the ever presence of God surrounding you? Or will you accept that beast that is waiting to pounce on you with the days’ pressures that lie ahead?
Both sin and Jesus are knocking on our hearts’ door, waiting to come in. I pray we all choose wisely as we open our eyes and prepare for the day ahead.
