EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Show Mercy
Loving someone who is unlovable doesn’t mean endorsing their attitudes or actions. We can forgive someone and then release our bitterness toward them without condoning their misbehavior.
Prayer works amazing and wonderful things. I’ve seen prayer in action and it works. When we are Christians, we will know how to navigate this because it’s godlike.
Our Lord never condones sin, but He shows us mercy in powerful ways!
Although mercy isn’t reserved for only the ones who need our forgiveness,  we can be called to show mercy to anyone who might need our help.
Loving people through our actions is what we are called to do. Saying one thing and not doing it, is very discouraging. Be humble, do what you say you’ll do, and then serve by doing it.
I trust and believe we  “want” to serve God, but doing so in love to people who “we feel” may not deserve it, is simply another step of faith for us.
May we all be merciful and walk with others as our Lord and Savior walks with us. It’s humbling to do this.
We are each undeserving but God extends us His Mercy and grace and loves us through our faults and flaws. Humbly accept that we are no better than anyone else who sins each day. “We all have sinned and fallen short of God’s glory.”
Humbly walk with another and serve them where they are. You will receive blessings that you will not even expect. I’ve seen this happen with another person. I’m blown away by what the POWER of God can do when we humble ourselves and show His mercy.
