VOICE OF TRUTH FOR TODAY
The Armor
There’s something powerful about remembering… we are not fighting alone.
Life can feel like a battle sometimes—because it is. But Scripture reminds us that this fight isn’t against what we see—it’s spiritual. “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” —Ephesians 6:11 (NIV)
God has already given us everything we need:
Truth.
Righteousness.
Peace.
Faith.
Salvation.
His Word.
These aren’t just words—they are weapons.
And one of the most powerful weapons we have?
Prayer. “Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.” —Ephesians 6:18 (NIV) Prayer is not a last resort—it’s essential in this ongoing battle.
And here’s something I love… we’re not meant to do this alone. Just like cheering from the sidelines at a game, we are called to lift each other up, encourage one another, and intercede on behalf of our sisters in Christ.
We are in this together.
We are called to stand.
To fight.
To pray.
And to finish strong.
So today, put on your armor. And don’t forget—someone may need your prayers more than you realize.
