EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Sorrow is a crushing yoke. Burdens that bend us over, crippling us to immobility, can miraculously be set ablaze, melting the pain of it all into the glory of His presence. When God appears, the pain subsides.
I watched this happen as God appeared to me and gave me hope in the midst of my pain.  From my human perspective, it’s sometimes hard to take it all in.
God does not view our problems of this world from the ground level. He calls us to “trust” His perspective from His level. This is something that “this controlling person” (me) grappled with.
When I was in control inside my painful state, it only escalated. The pain was fierce, but as I gave my sinful pride to Christ, I began to feel the release.
The pain coming from what I held on to so tightly began to dissipate the moment I released my control to God. The pain came from a feeling of what I was losing. When I heard from God through His Word, I began to see things from a different perspective.  The pain of loss I was experiencing went away when God showed me what was never “mine” to begin with. Everything belongs to God.
When I realized this, I trusted Him. He took away my pain despite my circumstances. My sorrows were turned to joy. God’s love inside my life began to shine like the brightest sunshiny day!
As I reflected on God’s provisions within my person, His promises, and His shining presence –  authentic joy poured quickly into my soul. The weight of the burden began lifting as I saw My Lord walk with me through it all.
He is near, and He is here. He is with you, my friend. He is with you, and He’s with me…He is waiting to share your burdens and relieve your pain, but you must move first. Take the first action step. You must move in faith, believing the impossible. Step out in your faith and surrender it all to Him. He can do it for you!
“Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me” (Psalm 103:102)
He is doing a good thing for you even though the pain you may be feeling right now says otherwise.
HE IS DOING A GOOD THING!
Don’t give up! Praise Him through it.
