EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Many of us are experiencing difficult times and we should keep in mind these times are sometimes things that happen so that the glory and power of God can be revealed in and through us.
Think about the man who was born blind and Jesus’ disciples asked if the man’s blindness was caused because he or his parents had sinned? How often do we question why things happen to us or those around us who are experiencing difficulty.
Jesus answered his disciples this…
“Neither this man nor his parents sinned…but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.” ( John 9:3)
We may never be able to understand some of our difficulties or why we must go through them until we get to heaven, but please turn to God in the midst of whatever you are going through. Release it over to Him.
When we surrender our difficult situations, God’s glory will be seen in those situations and on you. Every time you rise above the pain in your life and find goodness, peace, and Jesus in the midst, your faith will increase dear sister.
Despite difficulties, come back into the presence of the Lord and watch what He can do and how His glory can be revealed in you. I share from experience. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it.
