Something incredibly powerful happens when we pray for another person. Hardness begins to melt away.
We are able as believers to get beyond our own hurts and unforgiveness if we harbor them. We can truly love the people we are praying for. It really becomes a miracle when you pray in the presence of God and He fills you with love for whoever you are praying for.
Prayer is our ultimate language of love. It communicates in ways we can not. When you go to God on behalf of someone else, it is an act of love. We love to pray for each other at Women World Leaders. It’s a privilege.
Love causes more prayer to emerge which causes more love to rise up. It’s pretty cool how we grow in love by praying for our sisters, our brothers our family’s our friends. Sometimes where there are issues, they diminish. Sometimes where there isn’t much closeness, it grows a connection bond. The unity becomes real. It’s a miraculous work over time.
When you desire to remain close to someone, pray for them. Prayer is the ultimate love language, dear sister. It brings us closer to God and helps us as leaders as we seek to set examples in this way.
May we be “perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment” (1 Corinthians 1:10)
May God help us to see others with new eyes and new appreciation, new compassion, and new acceptance. We are Women World Leaders.
