EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Guest writer:
Laurie Sammarco Pembroke Pines,  Fl.
1 Peter 4:10-11 (NIV)
“Each one should use whatever gift He has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.”
We should do all things in the name of the Lord. He has graciously prepared our hearts and blessed us each with a gift that allows us to stand out as unique children of God. No other person can relate to another with that certain gift that God has rewarded you with. You are named and set apart with this gift as a means of expressing yourself with God’s love.
When God’s spirit moves through your gift, He is giving life to the word of God. As His word changes your heart and the hearts of others and aligns everything to meet with His will, there will be a sense of harmony in your soul that brings peace and satisfaction. Nothing will be able to come against what the Lord represents, as it so boldly states in the words of
Proverbs 21:30:
“There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord.”
All things created in the name of the Lord will bring joy and a sense of oneness with the Lord.
