EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
We live in a world where people are on a fast track-some might say a fast track to nowhere. They rush and need to “get-it-done” yesterday. I am one of those people who likes to get things done and off my plate quickly. I can rush rush rush and still be left with hardly anything to show for it.
“The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise.” (2 Peter 3:9)
We understand that God is not slow to keep promises, so we can get excited about that. If we doubt or get discouraged because things are not happening in the manner of time we expect, then we let disbelief hover over us.
I encourage you to press in, press on, and choose to shine with patient endurance. Move with confidence that as you faithfully work, God will provide. God fulfills His promises exactly at the time when He is ready.
“Lord, you are not slow in keeping your promise; instead, you are patient, “not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:9)
May God give me the patience I need today to wait for His timing. ❤️
