When we go through rough waters we have to unite together and remind ourselves and one another of God’s goodness, otherwise we can easily forget what He has done in our lives. All we can see is the heavy load in front of our eyes and it may seem unliftable.
How many times do we allow ourselves to get so wrapped up in our problems that we forget God is a God of mercy and grace.
“You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you.” (Psalm 85:5)
God has compassion for us. That is what mercy means. His mercy and grace are signs of how much He loves us. His amazing love, how can it be?
The more you praise God for His goodness the more you will see it manifest in your life.
When we unite as sisters in love, let us constantly remind each other of all God’s goodness. Let’s let the negativity release. We can always find things to be down on, but let’s change our perspective to try to look up. Let’s help each other knowing it’s not always easy.
We can help one another and carry each other’s burdens as God instructs us to do. It’s a beautiful thing to walk hand-in-hand with a sister in faith- With love sharing her “valley lows” to bring her to the “mountain top highs.”
Together, let’s allow Jesus to calm the rough waters of our lives so we may experience the”peace be still” moments He intends for us.
“Our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory the vastly outweighs them and will last forever! (2 Corinthians 4:17)
