EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Many of us are raising “littles” as they call them these days, whether they be our own or our grandchildren, these little ones are needy, dependent, and oftentimes demanding, aren’t they?
We can chuckle and oftentimes laugh when they can’t do a thing for themselves but complain and cry. When they come to us being embarrassingly honest, it can remind us of how admirable in their innocence they are. Their hearts harbor no bitterness or hate, they are not yet prejudiced or resentful. Oh, how we can learn so much from these “Littles” in our life.
Even though the world wants us to be a certain way, our Father desires us to come to Him as a child does.
Children have needs, vulnerabilities, emotional issues, and hurts. Can we all pray to come to God more childlike in our person, so we can experience the truth and love from a Father in heaven that wants to shower us with abundance? Ask God to humble you to come to Him as a child.
” Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 18:3)
May God give you the keys to His kingdom as you approach Him with childlike faith. Please let this resound the next time your little child or grandchild comes to you.
