VOICE OF TRUTH FOR TODAY
It’s Time to Stand in the Gap

Life can become so full of responsibilities and distractions that we forget to look beyond what’s happening immediately around us.

Years ago, several friends in business and ministry joined together with one question: What could happen if we combined our giving to help people who were hurting? From that conversation, Women World Changers Ministry was born. As we began researching where help was desperately needed, our eyes were opened to the devastating reality of human trafficking—particularly the exploitation of children.

What began as a desire to give became a call to action.
God was lifting the veil and showing us where His children needed people willing to stand in the gap.

The words of Esther became deeply personal: “Perhaps you were made for such a time as this.” (Esther 4:14, NLT)
One of our early ministry calls featured Rebecca, a survivor who had been groomed and trafficked as a teenager. For four years, she endured unimaginable abuse before an undercover officer rescued her.

Yet even within that darkness, God reached her.
Rebecca came to know Christ, and the very story the enemy intended to destroy her became a testimony God could use to help others. We helped fund her efforts to raise awareness, and her voice began reaching people far beyond what we could have imagined.

That experience taught me something. The enemy would love to keep us distracted, unaware, and silent. But God calls His people to notice.
To pray. To protect. To speak.

There are still vulnerable people who need someone willing to stand in the gap. We may not be able to solve every problem in the world, but together, surrendered to God, we can make a difference one life at a time.
Stand up. Speak up. And let God use your life to help save others.
