EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
James 4:8 “Come near to God and He will come near to you.”
God is but a whisper away. He’s in the air you breathe, your thoughts, in the arms of those you take care of. He’s even in the midst of the disagreements you have with loved ones. He’s everywhere and in everything you do, if you allow Him to be.
God doesn’t push Himself on you. He gives you the free will to choose a relationship with Him, and that’s how beautiful He is. He lets us choose.
God requires that you acknowledge Him and give Him all the glory for who He is. Our children have respect for the role we played in their lives in delivering them into this world, taking care of them, nurturing and loving them. God wants that same respect, but you have the choice of respecting Him or not. He wants to know that we take joy in sharing life with Him.
We receive advice from many. Why not receive advice from the Father who created us, knows the outcome of our lives and has the plan on how to get there?
We fall short when we don’t realize the potential power and authority the Lord can give us if we just put our trust in Him. He’s offering us a genuine relationship filled with truths that build us up and allow us to grow into His image.
Why not build on a relationship that won’t let you down?
