EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
“Have you not known? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.” (Isaiah 40:28)
When we are feeling worn down, beat up and ready to throw in the towel, know that big changes are about to come, and they happen the closer we get to God.
God’s eternal nature, boundless strength, and infinite wisdom is present for us in the now as the scripture I shared starting out. God, as our ultimate Creator, does not experience fatigue or limitations like we do.
God’s existence outside of time, without beginning or end, should be a comfort to our hearts. As you read your Bible in quiet time, talk to Him in prayer, you can listen to what God wants to speak to you about His power and authority over things we can’t control, things that are out of our ability to handle.
When I reach my limits of being disheartened at issues that arise, my knowledge of God’s inexhaustible strength and capacity kick in. It brings me peace.
God’s infinite wisdom and knowledge cannot be fully grasped by us, but He does speak through His Word when we need answers.
The verse above serves as a reminder of God’s incomparable nature. Let reflection on His greatness penetrate your soul, dear sister. If you are at a weary stage in your life, allow God’s power and strength to come to you, those who trust in Him.
