EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:

“You don’t have to know how to play the game in order to be a cheerleader for someone else who is in it.”
I had a vision of various cheerleaders all dressed up in their uniforms cheering on their teams. I personally don’t know the first thing about football, but I can sit in the stands and joyfully cheer for my grandsons who play in the game.
People often think they have to have it all together before God can use them to help someone else. But that’s not so.
For the Body of Christ, our cheerleader uniforms are “the Love of Christianity for His children” and our shoes, are our “obedience to His Spirit.”
Obedience will guide and propel us to the people and move us to places. Our faith will give us the boldness to open up our mouths and cheer. Trust that the Holy Spirit will fill us with the words we need to say at just the right time and to just the right person. He will put you in the right place to give you the opportunity.
There are times when we have faith to cheer others on and then there are times when we don’t. There are times when the Lord fills us with those measures of faith as a gift for us to be able to complete a specific task. Other times we will have to push our inner man to have faith to cheer people to victory in an area where the Lord is still purifying or healing us. We may not have arrived at the place of full manifestation and that’s ok.
The deeper the revelation, it helps us to glean even more and understand these things.
Beloved, God takes us from level to level with Himself. We can read line upon line and gather precept upon precept but it doesn’t happen all at once. Our lives are a journey and we must take a step in faith to begin the journey with Christ.
Our relationship with God is a faith walk — not a cakewalk. It is not easy but it is WORTH IT!
You don’t have to have a title, a college degree, or experience to get your pom poms on and start shaking them. Scream your godly encouragement from the top of your lungs!
When someone makes a score, yell, “YAYYYYYYYYYYY!” When you see a player miss the basket and they feel discouraged about it, yell, “It’s okay, you’ll get it the next time. Keep trying, you’ll get better at it!”
Let’s all be cheerleaders for God’s kingdom realm.
