EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:

The Unseen War:
Following God can feel complex at times. Even when His voice gets louder in our lives, He is still unseen. Please don’t let that feed any doubt that God is alive and has called you to walk with and be blessed by Him!
When we follow Jesus, we can face rejection, opposition, abandonment, and suffering. God may even invite us to step into painfully uncomfortable places.
God may call you to go where most would not go. A part of serving that may become difficult is when we serve God; you can be fully aware the devil will try to come to harass you.
When the enemy gets wind that we are a talking testimony, he will try to intimidate us with his tactics and attacks.
This is war.
But our God has already won the war!
Still, when our voices become LOUD for Christ, we may be hit hard.
The devil often attacks our minds first. One of his tricks is to make us want to run away and hide. But if we do, His mission will be accomplished.
Yet when we follow Jesus, arrows follow us.
In John 17:15, Jesus warned us of an attack. But God has a mission for us! We are called to love, heal, redeem, forgive, and pursue Him. And although suffering from evil will come, those who believe God will ultimately be protected from the evil one.
God promises to protect our hearts, and His Word protects our minds.
We can come as we are to Christ, living our lives for the One who wants the best for us! God put something greater in all of us, and we need to trust the One who will make our lives shine.
Ephesians 6:11 tells us of this war and how to be ready. We are to fight like we have something to win. Our flesh lives on earth, but our souls are rooted in heaven. So we must put on God’s armor, remembering this is not a flesh war. God is our protection against evil, and our fight is not against other people. So, we are to pray for those who come against us.
A quiet spirit is more valuable than a loud yell, so forgive people who come at you and pray for them.
We can trust God to protect us in this war.
He’s got you! He sees you! And He empowers you to stand strong for Him! If you need more reassurance, please open the Word! He will speak to you there!
