EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Jesus is really who the Bible says He is. It all comes down to what He said in John 14:6…
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
Most of my life was spent going to church regularly from age 10 and up. As I got older, I was afraid that if I really read and understood God’s word on who Jesus was, it’d mean I would have to change things I did not really want to give up. It’d mean giving myself over to Him and His teaching completely. Deep inside, I knew it meant a change was needed.
God knows when we believe in Him wholeheartedly for every word He says or the opposite; we sluff Him off in waiting or in disbelief of who He says He is.
His ways are right because He is the Way. His Word is truth because the Bible says so. He lives everything He says, and His promises are true, and His life given for us brings eternity if we confess and repent and ask Jesus in. We will live forever with Him. Why would I hold back? But I did.
Coming to the realization of what He meant in John 14:6, I am now walking in freedom because God and His Word are continuously teaching me Who Jesus is, and I’ve accepted Him completely. It has been more than worth it to walk on this side of life with a sold out, surrendered heart for my Savior.
Jesus died for my sins. He died for your sins. All roads do NOT lead to heaven. Do not believe it. Only God and His Word are Truth, and Jesus is the Way, Truth, and Life that will set you free and bring you to an eternal home in heaven.
“I am the way and the truth and the life.” ( John 14:6)
The miracle of the cross, the miracle of Jesus Christ’s death, and the miracle of His resurrection are where it is at. My faith is built on His truth. Jesus is the First, and Last-He is the living One. You will have no greater life than the one you will experience by trusting Him as your Savior.
