EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Certainly, we have all witnessed traumatic moments in our world, and some of those times instill fear. We are supposed to fear God and what He can do, but not things of this world.
We can be understanding of fear, but please do not allow it to consume you in all your thoughts or reactions because then it becomes something bad.
We have a culture that continues to ignore, neglect, and defy God, even when He says; “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
We can heed Him by obedience to this scripture.
If we want to see the eyes of blind men and women opened, we must begin to “fear” the Lord in the way His Word explains.
Ultimately sin is deadlier than anything we can imagine as the worst fear we have. Why? Because sin can be eternal separation from God. We must heed God’s words in this verse and trust Him to live in freedom through Christ.
Just as we need strong medicine for ailments and food for existing, we can all agree we need stronger medicine for our hearts, our homes, our families, and our churches.
We can’t remain in a state of fear that we may die from living in an environment that brings fear. We may die from cancer or not, we may die from a natural disaster or not…we will all die one day, but what matters is, “have we turned from our sin and trusted our Savior.” This verse will help you.
“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9)
Do not ignore God and what He says to us in His Word. Do not play into the dangerous type of fear and therefore reap sad consequences. Please be careful.  Pray for our country and reverence to God on all grounds, and let’s enjoy the blessings He promises to us when we pray!❤
