God allows each of us to be enlightened by His Word; it’s our choice to seek the truths within. Are we utilizing this amazing gift of His Words of wisdom for our daily abundant life through the Bible?
The kingdom of God is brought into the earth as we implement the godly wisdom He has for us through His scripture, alive and living.
When we read scripture, the Spirit of revelation comes to us in every verse to penetrate a deeper meaning in our hearts. We receive insight, and our steps are then guided by God, who has meant for our lives to be lived a certain way.
God speaks of Lady wisdom in the book of Proverbs. I never understood who lady wisdom was and how God’s word referred to wisdom as “her.” In the times I read about her, it made me pause in wonder.
Through studying, I found out, Lady wisdom is a figure of speech for God and his divine wisdom. It’s amazing when we ask God for His wisdom. He brings things into full light for us. Read James 1:5.
We are invited to come to the One who has living understanding.
“The starting point for acquiring wisdom is to be consumed with awe as you worship Jehovah-God.” ( Proverbs 9:10)
He tells us in Proverbs that revelation/knowledge will flow to the one who hungers for her gift of understanding.
“The intellectually arrogant seek for wisdom, but they never seem to discover what they claim they are looking for. For revelation knowledge flows to the one who hungers for understanding.” (Proverbs 14:6)
Wow, may we hunger for God’s words to us each day, and may it start with our today.
