What you can do is invite the Holy Spirit to come into whatever hardship you are facing and transform it. He can bring joy to any situation if you ask… Be reminded that there is a bigger picture here, sweet woman of God.
Our suffering will seem like nothing compared to the glory of God working in us if we take on the right mindset and proper reactions. I’ve watched it happen through my darkest days…my mourning turned to joy. My worst struggle yet has become a lifted burden as I surrendered it ALL over to Jesus. What seemed impossible for me to bear has become tolerable with joy in my heart as I serve. I could have never imagined this to be true on my darkest days.
“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us.” (Romans 8:18)
I never understood this verse until I began serving in ministry. Walking with God daily, hourly, moment by moment, and looking beyond my sadness has shown me “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength”. (Philippians 4:13)
…and YOU can too!
It won’t be until the closer you get to God that you truly realize NOTHING can separate you from His love! Not what you’re going through now or not what will happen in the future. (Romans 8:38-39)
You always have hope!
Trials are like purifying fire and cleansing water. If you look at them in this way, you will not get burned nor drown, my friend. Stay strong in your faith, it’s EVERYTHING you have! Trust in the POWER of the Holy Spirit working in you. He is your true friend, and He will restore what may be lacking and bring joy to your heart
