EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
You can do all the right things because God has equipped you to do them. But, if you are doing them for the wrong reasons, you’ve missed the point.
“They come near to me with hollow words and honor me superficially with their lips; all the while, their hearts are far away from me! Their worship is nothing more than man-made rules.” Isaiah 29:13)
Yikes! We can memorize and recite scripture, worship with our hands raised high, and do all the “right” outward things, but if they aren’t an extension of your heart inside, you are hurting God.
When no one else is watching, do you do these things from your heart to God? Please get authentic today and take some moments to worship Him alone. Go into His presence where it’s a safe place, and quiet yourself with God where no one else watches. Give Him your deepest worship. Recite His Holy Words back to Him from your heart.
Give God your truest praise. It will be like nothing you’ve experienced ever before. Be real. Be free with God from your heart and draw close to Him with the very breath you breathe today.
