Isaiah 60:22 “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
I love this verse and I’ve honestly been seeing it a lot lately. Are you in a season of waiting? Waiting can be so hard and often feels incredibly discouraging. We pray for big breakthroughs and long for answers, and feel stuck in a season of waiting and silence. I know this speaks truth for me at times!
But sweet friend, let me tell you what I’ve discovered… waiting isn’t wasted time. When you are in a “waiting”, it’s a precious opportunity to draw closer to God and to grow in faith. I like to picture a seed planted in the ground. It doesn’t come up immediately, it draws on the goodness from the soil, soaking in the sunlight and rain, and then breaking through the surface of the ground. It’s in our waiting that God is preparing us for what’s to come.💖
Breakthrough is on the way. It may not be today, but God’s timing is perfect. He sees your struggles, hears your prayers, catches your tears and cares so much for your heart. So allow yourself to rest in the waiting and in His presence. Grow in the waiting! Find joy and blessings in the little things, and trust that every moment spent in prayer and patience is growing you for the wonderful things He has planned for YOU!
I am also in a season of waiting, and this verse finds its way into my heart every day. My flesh may be weak and my mind in a rush, but my heart is settled and at peace, knowing my Heavenly Father is in control of everything.🙌
Keep going. You are not alone in whatever you are going through. God is with you always, and you can lean into His promises.
And, when the time is right, He will make it happen, and it will be beautiful beyond what you can imagine. Stay hopeful because your season of waiting is leading to something AMAZING that only God can do! 💗
You are loved, cherished, and seen by the One who holds your future. Keep praying, keep believing, and hold on tight because your breakthrough (and mine) is coming!🦋
