Sunlight, moonlight, computer light, candlelight, street lights, we all see lights differently…and guess what, eventually all these lights go out or fade away, right?, human lighting that is…
There is only one light that will never go out!
IT IS GOD!!!
God is our true light, and He is our salvation. In Him we trust! We need to keep Him ever before us to guide us, and we need to follow Him in all we do. We can do this by continually seeking His Word (Bible truths) and being guided on His shining path for our lives.
God tells us, “His word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.” Trust His words! Follow them as you follow Christ. Don’t veer into darkness; you must stay focused on His light. His never changing, never fading, always guiding light of this world…JESUS!
(Psalm 103:105)
God’s light is constant because He is constant. He is without change. His light doesn’t grow dim or ever go out.
No matter how badly we think we’ve blown it in our lives, we are never truly in darkness when follow Jesus, and we look to God and follow His light!
“In him was life, and that life was the light of men” (John 1:4)
