As you are calmed by the Lord in this hidden place, He quiets every distraction and builds you to maintain great Faith. It is a faith that can move mountains, remove your fear, and allow you to find peace despite what rages around you.
When you sit alone with God, you’re in the highest place! You are hidden from any darkness that powers the earth to deceive.
God wants us to seek Him with all of our heart. He said He will never hide from us, but He will be found when we seek Him. He will actually hide you inside of Himself to protect you.
How comforting is this?
“Feast on all the treasures of the heavenly realm and fill your thoughts with heavenly realities, and not with the distractions of the natural realm. Your crucifixion with Christ has severed the tie to this life, and now your true life is hidden away in God in Christ. ” (Colossians 3:2-3)
