EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:

Don’t we all just love to be around happy, joy-filled, energetic and laughing people?

I know when I’ve been in places of tremendous hurt and pain, and my heart gets heavy, my ears perk up to any cheerful voice, and my body responds to joyful personalities in a happy atmosphere.

Research shows that laughing will reduce your stress, increase your tolerance for pain, and even release infection-fighting antibodies. When giggles burst out of me or someone around me, my energy levels tend to rise over the laughter versus feeling like crawling into bed carrying weariness with a pity party for myself, along with a sad face.

May we all find a reason to glorify God today and smile big and laugh some. Doing so will make you happy. I challenge you to think of a person you can call and just share an implanting bible verse that will uplift the person you call. It can help you smile while you help cheer them up, too!

“A cheerful heart is good medicine.” (Proverbs 17:22)

God can use your joy, laughter, and happy heart to accomplish more than you could ever ask for or imagine. People will be drawn to the joy of the Lord you possess as your strength despite the inner struggles you may be carrying. Glorifying God is a blessing in itself.

Keep the joy, release the depression and fear, and hold the happiness of knowing Christ down in your ❤. With that, you can wear a smile permanently on your face.
