Habakkuk 2:3 “For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”
God’s timing is perfect and what we can’t see beyond our problems has a solution, when we put it before God and wait on Him. God has anointed the time in which He will reveal Himself whether through times of joy or sorrow.
Sometimes things happen that we can’t understand or can’t fathom God allowing, but we live in a fallen world, a place that is not our home. While we’re in this world we need the power of the Holy Spirit to be a mediator between the world and us. Let Him be the One we can turn to for advice, for guidance, for peace and comfort and for the assurance we need.
Our trust in the Lord is not in vain because what we have in Him is the hope and promise of being home here on earth with Him and eventually home by His side in Heaven.
God’s timing is worth waiting for and it’s humbling and exciting to see how He brings everything together, one step at a time. He holds the precision of a perfectionist so that you have no doubt it is orchestrated by the hand of God. Given the power and grace in which He works, we can’t be but so amazed and honored to be a product of His abundant grace and love. How privileged are we to be called His children.
