EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Ephesians 2:10 “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
This beautiful verse clearly expresses that God has created a purpose for each of us to fulfill in order to glorify Him. We serve a Father who is so generous. Each of us has a similar purpose in life, which is to glorify God for Who He is.
He wants us to acknowledge Him daily in everything we say and do. We seek Him because we value His purpose for our lives and realize what He set before us. It is a plan that has been specifically created for us in mind.
Yes, we fight against the challenges; things presented to us that may seem good but are just temptations presented by a world that doesn’t have our best interest at hand. The world dishes out a coy, a distraction to keep us distanced from our God who loves us and wants the best for us.
God has a picture in place. He wants us to paint that picture of His plan, but until we pick up the paintbrush and start mixing the colors on the canvas to form the images, we won’t begin to see that we can create! Pick up the brush with your hands and see the painting emerge that God has intended you to illustrate.
God is the canvas and we are His paintbrush. We get to choose the colors that express God’s love. How magnificent is this?
God gives us the freedom to paint a picture of His purpose and His grace in our lives. We can testify of what is created on the canvas of our lives and it will be an image of Christ that no one can deny. This will bring great pleasure and joy to the Lord.
