John 17:3 “Now this is eternal life; that they know you, the only true God and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”
Eternal life in Hebrew “olam,” meaning forever, is not only the significance of living life in Heaven where our existence never ends, but also the long-lasting relationship with the Father. It forms into an unbreakable bond that helps you to live life with meaning and purpose.
Our unity with Christ is a relationship that grows daily as we implement God’s standards and highlights of His love for humanity.
We are subjected to a world where people let us down and even sometimes betray us, but God, in His perfection, is always by our side, making sure we remain in Him and seek His guidance.
We ourselves fall short all the time of meeting people’s expectations and it takes the love and conviction of God in realizing that we haven’t met not only our brothers’ and sisters’ needs, but also God’s standards.
Forgive your brothers and sisters, for they may be undeveloped as a child of God. Continue to focus on the Lord, and gain the experience you need in order to live a life pleasing to Him. We should all try to refrain from making mistakes that hurt others and pull you from God’s grace and purpose. You have purpose, God created you with divine plans. Follow His truths and Jesus Christ who will never lead you astray.
