Christianity. Somehow it seems to have had a different meaning in ages past. What does it mean to us in the present?
Christianity today has seemed to have lost its fervor, it’s fading. It’s lost its relevance to life and holds no central allegiance as it once did.
A wise man once said, “When we lose faith, we lose character and when we lose character, we lose our purpose for living.”
As Women World Leaders that we are, we must choose to walk the narrow road! As a Christ follower, a true Christian, we need to walk the narrow path God speaks about and move forward, hold on to our faith, claim it and not detour on the easier path that is wide, leading us to destruction.
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it but small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” ( Matthew 7:13-14)
God calls us to the narrow road in our Christian walk. We need to be doers of the Word of God, following Jesus Christ as our Lord and serving our Saviour wholeheartedly. We must put all of our faith in Jesus Christ each and every day we live.
God promises to give each of us a new beginning and an abundant life that never ends when we trust Him as our Lord and Saviour.
