MOUNTAINS
With our faith and God’s power, “mountain moving” can truly happen when we trust. In the Bible, scripture talks about our faith that can move mountains, but it’s signifying that with strong faith and belief in what “God” can do with our faith, seemingly insurmountable obstacles can be overcome.
Matthew 17:20 and Mark 11:23 teach us that Jesus teaches that with unwavering faith, even seemingly impossible tasks can be achieved. So, the “mountain” represents a challenge, obstacle, or problem that seems impossible for us to overcome. But when we focus on the power of our faith and belief in God, things happen—not literal mountains moving, but the mountains of great challenges in our lives can definitely be moved.

“Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matthew 17:20)
“Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.” (Mark 11:23)
“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken, nor my covenant of peace be removed.” (Isaiah 54:10)
“He moves mountains without their knowledge and overturns them in his anger.” (Job 9:5)
