We’ve all heard the saying, and some have used it testifying, “This too shall pass.” Whether we’ve said it to ourselves, or to another or thought it out loud, we hope that the words ring true in many a tough situation.
“In all this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.” (1 Peter 1:6)
Consistently going through life’s trials and temptations can be taxing on our spirit. It is when this happens we immediately go to God in prayer.
Are you being challenged today? You can get through anything if you’re fit to fight God’s way.
When a situation threatens your joy, tell yourself, this too shall pass because my God keeps His promise. He will give me the wisdom I need to get by as in James 1:5; and He will brighten my day with joy!
