Best Plan Ever
We all have dreams for our lives.
We picture what “perfect” would look like and sometimes think that if God would simply follow our plan, everything would fall into place. But Scripture reminds us that His plans are far greater than our own.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11).
Sometimes God asks us to release what feels comfortable. He may call us to let go of relationships, mindsets, ambitions, or expectations we once held tightly. When He does, it is never to diminish us — it is to bless us beyond what we can see.
There are moments when we look back longingly at “the way things used to be.” Yet throughout Scripture, we see that growth requires movement. Abraham’s journey was filled with uncertainty, but God’s promises remained steadfast.
The same is true for us.
When the path feels steep, when the battle intensifies, when the future seems unclear — that is often where God’s glory shines brightest. He parted the Red Sea at just the right time. He has never failed His people.
Victory is not dependent on circumstances. It is rooted in Christ.
We prepare for the journey by anchoring ourselves in God’s Word. “If you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives” (John 8:32). Truth strengthens us for the battle. Truth reminds us who we are.
God’s plan is not just about the destination — it is about the relationship formed through every step of faith.
Hold tightly to Him.
Invite Him to lead.
His plan will always be the best one.
