Are circumstances in your life making you weak?
“We now have This Light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our Great-Power is from God, not from ourselves.” (2 Corinthians 4:7)
If you are in a waiting, “not yet”- time in your life, slow down and let the Lord speak to you in this place. And when He does speak, do not harden your heart.
When He addresses a weakness in your life, don’t shrug it off like it’s nothing because it’s something.
And when He points out an area of inconsistency in your life, don’t crumble and despair like you’re nothing because you’re definitely something!
He disciplines those He loves. He invests in you because He intends to use you greatly.
So when you wonder why God doesn’t always take away your troubles, try to understand this…
“My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”(2 Corinthians 12:9)
He will equip you and carry you through your weakness to bring you where He wants you to be. Trust Him.
