EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Many people are in spiritual hibernation. They have become lax in their Christian activities and have become a dead version of the real thing, a person who lives for Jesus. Alive in Christ is someone moving, exercising “FAITH,” that is not dead but active.”
There are ideas that disrupt us somewhere between our heads and our hearts. We need to filter our brains and remove the negative forces that creep their way in and eventually drag us into spiritual quietness. This happens to people “oh so subtly.”
Has it been a while since you’ve heard from God? If it has, how might that be resolved? God speaks every day, but are we hearing Him?
Confessing is a good place to begin. Admitting the challenges that turned us to negativity in the first place and caused our distance from serving God is a good place to begin. Confess it to God. Back up before you can go forward and identify what took place to bring upon the negative mindset and cloud your mind and then ask what allowed you to separate yourself from being active and close in your walk with Christ.
We all endure challenges as Christ’s followers. If we allow the challenges to turn us bitter or negative, angry or unforgiving, then those negative voices become louder, our faith weakens and wanes, and the enemy wins.
You can overcome with Christ! Come back to the One who loves you most. Show Him how much you love Him. Commune with Him.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for,  the evidence of things unseen (Hebrews 11:1)
God knows the outcome of your challenges and wants a relationship with you to help get you through this life. He has you in His hands if you release control to Him. Allow the negative voices to be silenced through faith. Have the inner belief that God can do anything.
The scriptures say:
“With God, All things are possible.”:
Without faith, it is impossible to please God… (Hebrews 11:6)
Yes, “With God, All things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)
Your spiritual life can be significant and have an impact on generations to come. There is no time for our negativity to give way to spiritual hibernation. People are watching you. You are to be an example. Confess your negative thought life and be spurred on to spiritual awakening by communication with God.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” ( John 1:9)
God wants to hear from you again. He wants your activity. He wants your joyful, obedient heart. He has plenty of positive truths and encouragement in His Word and around others who follow Him daily. Seek Him, and you will find Him, have FAITH, and be spiritually renewed.
