Every person was created by God and has the capability to do great things. God is willing to put in the time to help us realize the gem we are in His eyes.
Have you ever taken a good look at a homeless person and wondered how they got to where they are? What situations caused them to be so down and out?
We were all created by the same hands. Fearfully made, not in the sense that God was afraid when He created us but that He knew the value of what He was creating. He created us with great reverence and respect, knowing the potential we had to do great things. He was inspired by the beauty within Himself and created us to be His perfect image.
How do we grow and bypass our sinful nature and become more like Him? We love… as He loves, and we look beyond the facades and superficial appearances that don’t reflect who God is and who He truly wants us to be.
God knows the struggles but He also has the answers and He knows how to get us where we need to be. So we need to trust, be faithful, unwavering and obedient to His call and somewhere down the line, when we least expect it, He will show us how beautiful we are in His eyes.
