EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Do you realize how well Jesus understands you? He does, He left heaven because He understood your needs and came to earth as a human being just for you.
We can marvel at this because He was “in very nature God, (but) did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness” (Philippians 2:6-7)
Jesus was fully God but yet a human being. He was like us.
The Bible tells us He suffered as we do, He was judged like we are, and He was able to sympathize as we do. Jesus felt heartache and He was tempted. Have you ever really stopped to think about our Savior battling those same struggles? He became flesh! He battled! It’s something to marvel at.
Jesus knows you. He knows your struggle. Jesus knows your temptations. No, He never gave in to the temptation, He is God. He understands what you and I face and that is why we pray to Him and name what we are battling out loud. Jesus is our rescue. He fights for us. God’s beloved Son died for us so that we could go to Him in our struggles, our hurts, and our mistakes. We know He listens intently to every one of our heart’s prayers.
You can have confidence that you have a High Priest who is able to sympathize with your weaknesses. He was tempted but without sin. He tells us to boldly approach the throne of grace with confidence.
Please take time and read Hebrews 4:15-16. You will find mercy and grace to help you in your time of need! I am praying for my sisters in the world who need to cry out to Jesus right now with ALL CARES and CONCERNS.
God’s Word says;
“Cast all your cares upon him, for He cares for you.” ( 1 Peter 5:7)
