How many times have we fallen, and God has been right there to pick us up? He gives us Jesus and the Holy Spirit to catch us when we fall.
“Lord, when the world around me is falling apart, I become filled with fear. Help me remember You are with me. Fill me with faith to believe that You are here right now in this moment”…
Sometimes, we step into slippery places in life, lose our footing, become rattled, and find ourselves filled with fear. We may even fall. But we have a merciful and gracious Father who is always with us. He leads us, guides us, and loves us. We can lean on Him––fall on Him––and we can trust Him to catch us.
“In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear.” (Psalm 56:4 )
As you push through each day, sometimes falling from what you know to be secure, your Heavenly Father is there, right there, to catch you wherever you are. What reassurance we have in Christ and what a loving God we have that never lets us go.
