God demonstrates or proves His love for us! How does He do it? He did it through the death of Jesus Christ, who offered Himself as a sacrifice for our sins, providing the promise of eternal life for those who believe in Him.
Romans 5:8 and 1 John 4:9-10.
The Bible teaches that God proves His love to everyone by the fact that He sent His only son, Jesus, to die on the cross for your sin, my sin and everyone who has ever been born.
Jesus’ sacrifice was proven to all mankind, and God offers forgiveness of sins and the possibility of reconciliation with Him if we believe by faith, personally and confess our sin.
God’s love is further proven by the promise of eternal life each of us who believe in Jesus.
The Bible proves that “God is love” and that this love is the foundation of all that He does for each of us.
God calls us to respond to His love for us by loving others and living a life that reflects His character and His love. Prove you belong to your father and show the fruits of your salvation.
“And ye shall know them by their fruits…” (Matthew 7:16)
