Isn’t it amazing how God does not give up on us because of our failures?
We can make mistake after mistake, and God has mercy on us when we ask His forgiveness for our sins. Only God knows our repentive heart. What a word of comfort this is. May we learn that none of our failures ever need to disqualify us if we continue to love and follow Jesus Christ in obedience.
When you read God’s word, you will find that mercy triumphs over judgment! Forgiveness is available through the blood of Jesus.
Myself, I’ve had many failures in my lifetime, but God has forgiven me. He granted me mercy, and now I can serve Him. I love that I can testify of all that He has done for me to forgive me and help me over my hurdles. I’m able to learn from the wisdom found in God’s word and the teaching I find there in. I can now joyfully point others to Jesus and His Word from what I’ve learned. We can all do this together as we share our past and what we’ve overcome.
God used Mark, who wrote the “gospel of Mark,” after He restored him with His mercy. If Mark allowed his failures to define him, we wouldn’t have the gospel of Mark in the Bible. If the Samaritan woman allowed her failures to define her, we wouldn’t have her story to glean from and Peter, and Paul, and so many more human beings.
How many others within Gods Word did He not give up on? Women around the world, God will never give up on YOU!!!
What is YOUR purpose that God will put in to action by YOUR steps of obedience and your faith? You are not a failure, you are an overcomer in Jesus’ Name. Praises 🎵 🎶 🎵.
