EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
God provides each of us with a workplace. An area where we can have needs met whether they be financial, family needs or acts of charity. May we each understand we are working somewhere for a purpose.
God is watching out for us wherever we are and with whatever we are doing in our lives as we live them.
“And God is able to make all grace come in abundance to you, so that you may always have complete sufficiency in everything “(2 Corinthians 9:8)
I used to wonder whether being a stay-at-home mom and not having a career or going out into the workforce would be best for my family many years ago. I wrestled with it. God had a plan for me back then and provided me the opportunity to be able to be home with my children in early childhood. It became my workplace. I did the best job I could do with my home and with my family back then. So as this scripture states, under all circumstances, wherever the workplace, regardless of the need, God is able to make all grace come in abundance to me, and He did!
Staying home with my children has now become some of my most cherished memories to look back upon in my life. In reflection, I know in my heart that I gave my all to being a stay-at-home mom when my children were babies and growing. God promises me in His Word; He will be faithful to complete my work, even now in the circumstances that have come to pass.
Wherever you are working, commit it to God. Whatever you are doing, commit it to God. Be obedient to Him and His Word, and call on Him to guide you. There is a reward if you do it with the right heart and attitude, whatever your work may be.
“Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.” (Proverbs 16:3)
Whatever your workplace may be and wherever it is, allow God to be there with you and find joy in it. He is peace. He is strength. He will see you through whatever you are doing. The biggest blessing awaits when your heart is right with all of it, and you do what it is to the best of your ability and remember to glorify God in it. ♥️ You may not see it yet, but the blessing will come. God’s promises are true.
