VOICE OF TRUTH FOR TODAY
Dear Sister
Thy presence?” (Psalm 139:7, KJV). There is no place you can go where God does not already know you. Nothing about your life surprises Him. No change of location, season, or circumstance will remove the call on your life or the truth of who you are.
The place does not change who you are — it simply requires you to show up as yourself. To run from God is to run from your authentic self. It is to chase a version of who you think you should be instead of embracing who you truly are. And that kind of running will always leave you restless and disconnected from peace.
Sister, today is an invitation to be still. Still your striving. Still your fear. Still the urge to escape what feels uncomfortable within you. In stillness, you will discover there is no place more peaceful, more whole, or more complete than resting in God. His intimate knowledge of you is not conditional — it is the very thing that completes you.
You don’t need to become someone else. You don’t need to go somewhere new. You simply need to stop running and allow yourself to be fully known, fully loved, and fully present in God.
