EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Spending time alone with God can speak so much into our lives, especially during days God provides total quiet. The problem is many of us don’t want to slow down enough through the hustle and bustle to make that quality time. Sometimes, God has to do it for us. In the long run, it always proves beneficial.
It’s in the private times or times we have no choice but to be alone that we are refreshed, strengthened, and rejuvenated. We can see our lives from God’s perspective and discover what is really important.
Jesus spent half His time alone with God. If anyone could get away with not spending time with God, surely it would have been Jesus, but this was not the case. We must realize this must be important when we look and try to follow after the walk of Jesus!
God wants to be close to us. He longs to have a relationship with us.
James 4:8
He draws close to us as we draw close to Him.
Please don’t wait until you are in a situation that can’t be helped to look to God for a relationship.
Spend time with the One who loves you most of all in the “busyness” times of your life; it’s worth it.
