EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Let’s do an exercise today. I don’t believe any of us would ever say we want to let go of Jesus today, would we? We would be foolish to release a love that is ever-encompassing, even for a second, let alone a day.
Let’s interact with His love right this moment.
Breathe in as deeply as you can, and feel the weight of His love as it encompasses your heart in every breath you take.
Bask in the billowing air as you exhale knowing His wondrous compassion has you surrounded.
Listen intently to the loud thunders of His love singing in your ears through the very sounds around you of birds chirping, the rain falling on the ground or the wind blowing in the rustling leaves.
Now, speak 5 different words of love out loud, right now, words that will echo into the ears of our Lord. Go ahead, speak them out loud right now where you are. By even saying the Names of God out loud, you are speaking love to God. Yahweh…Elohim, but say whatever LOVE words you can think of at this moment right into God’s ears.
Finally, reach both arms upward and hands opened into the air as high as you can stretch them for at least 20 seconds saying,” Holy Spirit, I give you permission to inhabit ALL my being today and please bring me to Your heavenly places that will show me Your unshakeable love.”
Now believe it all. Believe your exercise will be worth it. Know your God is moving on the desires of your heart towards Him because He’s moving on His love towards you, this very moment.
“For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His LOVE for those who fear Him.” (Psalm 103:11)
