EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Guest writer: Keily J. Denny, Tennessee
Philippians 4:13, NASB: I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.
When the bad weather of life is coming at us, what should we do? When the storm is raging, we pray to get through it. When the storm is over, we must pray for the strength to clean up the debris.
Think of Hurricane Katrina and the aftermath; think of the World Trade Center or the effects of any major tornado, 🌪 there is so much debris that just looking at it can be overwhelming. The thought of cleaning up the debris and trash can leave you paralyzed. There is so much to do it’s overwhelming to know where to begin.
For some of you, the storm may be over. For others, the weather has changed, and now you are in the clean-up stage. You must clean up the debris of your soul so that you can move on and learn to live once again. It is not easy, but it is necessary. You will run 🏃‍♀️ into your joy if you keep Jesus with you while traveling on the road to your recovery, this is also where the REAL work begins. Co-labor with the Holy Spirit so He can help you. He will tell you what to do and how to do it. Pray and ask Jesus to direct you. Have no fear, the fruit of your prayers, and the answer will be here.
I pray that all the trauma you experienced through the storms of life will be reversed, whether it be hurts, health gone bad, severed relationships, or whatever they may be… in Jesus’ name, may they be lifted. As you clean up the mess, you will have a POWERFUL message as your completion! God gives us messages through the mess.
Don’t get caught up staring at the carnage of the storm! Call in the dump trucks, rent the construction equipment, gather up the volunteers and begin the clean up process!  RE-GROUP, RE-ADJUST, RE-FOCUS, AND RE-BUILD!
We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!🙌
Read Philippians 4:13.
YOU CAN, YOU WILL, YOU MUST!!!
