EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
The high destiny of the individual is to serve rather than to rule.   -Albert Einstein
How many were given the opportunity to serve others during this Christmas preparation season? Did you do it with a smile?
(Esther 4:16) reveals a crossroad we must all face. Would Esther respond to the call of God to do something significant in her life? Well, if you read the book of Esther,  you’ll find that she did.
This reading made me think hard about serving the Lord vs. looking for something significant that will be noticed only by humanity.
Think back not only on this past Christmas and what you may or may not have done for another but reflect on your entire life’s journey so far for a defining moment of servitude. Do you have one, or do you have many?
Has this journey yet led you to a breakthrough in your identity? It may require thinking longer and harder over your life. If you had a breakthrough happen, did this glorify God, and have you moved forward with your life in a more positive way because of glorifying Him?
There are a whole lot of questions today, but they are ones to think about…
Identify the choices you make each day and how they can greatly affect the lives of not only yourself but many others. I truly believe God is awakening women to a stronger purpose, one with a God-sized vision. I’m seeing it. He is calling us to this much greater purpose in serving others rather than in self-fulfillment.
Look for the awakening in your heart if it hasn’t happened already, and ask God for your greater assignment of serving Him.❤ There is no greater joy than to do the work of our Father, which is in heaven, with a “servant’s heart.” ❤
