EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Teaching our children to remain pure in these days doesn’t just happen. It must be taught.
The Bible says, “Even a child is known by his deeds, whether he is pure and right.” (Proverbs 20:11)
Holiness begins with a love for God, and it comes from an example. We must teach our children and grandchildren, and the young ones that enter our lives, whenever we can, about God!
God’s word teaches us, as adults, about purity, and we must teach this to the children! “Keep yourself pure.”(1 Timothy 5:22)
Life is hard for any of us, and watching what we see happening around us is often disturbing, but we must think about how difficult it is for our kids. The peer pressure they encounter each day is rising. The bullying when they don’t fit in is excruciating.
When we teach them to love and respect God and His laws, “we” have a chance with them. God will bless our efforts. God calls them to live within His boundaries so they will have whole lives. Please love them, but also train them up. They need us pouring into them all the spiritual truths we learn from God’s Word. Do this in their young age while they are impressionable.
“Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12)
Wow, it’s definitely our job as moms and as grandmom’s, aunts and friends! Train them up!!! Our children are precious and priceless, ladies. God commands it of us.
Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way they should go, and when they are old, they will not depart from it.” It’s also His promise.
Please pray for our precious little ones whom we oversee and love. Help them to respect and revere God’s laws. If we don’t, their life just won’t work. Purity will bring them wholeness, teach purity. Their blessings will be one of your greatest rewards. Please be their influencer.🩷❤️
