EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Psalm 27:8-10 “My heart says of you,’ Seek His Face!” Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God, my Savior. Though my Father and Mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.”
It’s a very special privilege that God gives us when we pray and ask that His presence be known. It is in His presence that we realize the validity of His existence. We are guaranteed the assurance of His appearance when we rely on the fact that He is who we depend on.
Pray and have that special connection with God. Meet with Him, state your concern, and then, in a posture of anticipation, wait on God to speak to you.
You are precious to Him. May you value the time spent with Him and set time aside to receive His word back to you. Analyze what He says so that you can understand and apply it to your life.
Don’t fall short on what God wants you to do by leaving His presence before you understand what His word means. If we don’t understand, it might be because we have not taken the time to seek His face, probe the questions that need to be answered, and stay in His presence.
There’s so much to learn and so little time to do it. Use your time wisely and pray yourself into His presence.
