EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE:
Many of us are just plain busy in life and, unfortunately, not “fruitful” in our busy way of living. We need to wake up and see facts that hinder our growth toward our King!
As women in this group, we should be able to look around amongst our sisters and find a “Christ-like” example, one that we would be healthy and honored to follow and glean from.
In them, we should see a difference between an abundant life that is rich and full of our Savior rather than exuding a busy, stressful, rushing, chaotic life that is empty of security or peace.
You may be the person, the “Christ-like” example your sister would like to look up to for mentoring. Your life should exemplify a solid fruit-filled, joy-filled, faith-filled life that is willing to pour love into another!
If comparing lives of “busyness” or “peace,” why wouldn’t one choose to want “peace” along with joy and humility in their own life coupled with God’s divine movement? The hectic insecurity of a busy lifestyle is difficult to sustain. The countenance of any of us who may be strained and fatigued or full of weariness, frustration, and disillusionment, can cause others to run far away from us as they possibly can. When they run from us, we miss the opportunity to share Jesus, and unfortunately, they are now running away from hearing about our Savior. 😔
We can’t offer anyone hope if we don’t show it… but many of us who are too busy in life have no time to offer another “hope” in Jesus. How very sad this can be.
We need to draw women toward us so that we may send them closer to the fullness of Christ. There is true happiness there.
Why don’t we offer a lifestyle to others that is sustainable? Others do look up to us for friendships, and that is a great thing. What do they see in you? God should be our source of abundant life, not “things” that keep us “too busy” or too tied down to notice the need of another.
