EMPOWERING LIVES WITH PURPOSE
Have you ever wondered why it is important to connect with women? Women can relate to other women. I am still learning every day and find strength in growth as I interact. I find such value in “wise women of God and empowering connection” as I learn from them. I had no idea of the joy that would come into my life with such deep connection.
Women are strength to one another and they are really a help in times of need. By opening the doors of our hearts to other women, we can help each other become better women. Of course it comes with some love, a love like Jesus commands for us to have for one another.
Putting aside competition, jealousy, lack of trust and self-protection, I have learned and grown through other women who love me! They affirm and encourage me so that I can love others more.
The Bible repeatedly emphasizes the importance of loving one another. John 13:34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
Romans 13:8-10 says, “Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.”
1 Corinthians 13 (the famous love chapter detailing the characteristics of love).
Having the right women of God in your life helps us to understand love like Jesus and how to love others.
God gives us beautiful pictures of what women do for each other, together, like Mary (the mother of Jesus) and Elizabeth ( the mother of John the Baptist). It’s a beautiful story of love and relationship between two women of God.
When we can connect on a deeper, more intimate level, heart to heart, in a Godly connection, our needs can be met, and our relationships all around us can grow. What a beautiful community God has given us all in Women World Leaders. You are loved and prayed for.
